This is a recent discovery.

It is far more attractive and showy looking than any of the other music hosting websites I've been looking at as of late. Very simple too and no adverts. Hooray.

The mailing list page on www.winterjargon.com has now been updated to include a free download of 'Goodbye' taken from Winter Jargon's album - 'The Aftermath' for anyone signing up. This is all courtesy of a really rather good free widget available from reverbnation...

Attention to all musicians: numberonemusic.com is a SCAM!

numberonemusic.com is a scam.

Winter Jargon made a profile on numberonemusic.com a few days ago - thinking it was along the same lines as myspace, reverbnation etc. - but is in fact, a rather clever scam which has duped many musicians out of money since as far back as 2006!

Winter Jargon have thankfully not suffered such a loss from the experience, but wish to boycott the website out of principle- using their profile and this post as a means of warning other musicians not to join - (as there appears to be no way of closing the account outright)
